My great friend and mentor Jackie Dan Jerry passed awa on Sunday November 19. 2017 at the age of 82.
I learned a lifetime worth of music and wisdom from the man. He will be greatly missed.

My condolences for the passing of such a dear friend. From your blogs and our chats re your visits to Ireland, you two were indeed kindred spirits with such a love and passion for the Irish music. You have such a wealth of memories of your gigs and one-on-ones with Jackie – may these bring you comfort at this time.
